'Origin of Hadong Samsung Palace'

Hadong Samseonggung Palace is located in Yongsan-ri, Hwagae-myeon, Hadong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do. First of all, I would like to tell you the history of Samsung Palace.

Samseonggung is said to have been established to restore the nation's unique Domaek as the headquarter of national leading education and to study and teach the nation's missionary work that has been continued for over 5,000 years. The exact name of Samseonggung is 'Jirisan Cheonghak Seonwon Baedalseongjeon Samseonggung', and Kang Min-ju [Seonsa Hanpul] from this area restored Sodo from the Gojoseon era in 1983 and enshrined the nation's founders, Hwanin, Hwanung, and Dangun.

On March 16, 1984, on the lunar calendar, Samseongsa was renamed Samseonggung, and in order to revitalize the city, they continued to live on rooted bark and began to take care of the primeval forest in the ruins abandoned by slash-and-burn people. Today's Samseonggung was formed by building a fence to block passers-by, collecting rolling stones, and digging a pond.

How to get to Samsung Palace in Hadong

It is 36 km from Hadong Bus Terminal to Samsung Palace. It takes about 50 minutes by car, but if you use public transportation, you can use the bus. If you take an intercity bus to Hadong, get off at Hadong Bus Terminal or Hwagae Market.

To get to Samseonggung Palace, you have to go to Hadong Bus Terminal. You need to take a bus from Hadong Bus Terminal to Samseonggung for about an hour and a half and walk for about 20 minutes. I also went on a bus trip because I was on a trip. You can take the bus to Mukgye. The small Hadong in the middle has a large bus time interval, so it is recommended to calculate well before going.

Even if I tried to get a taxi, I had to use a call taxi because there were many places where I couldn't get a Kakao taxi. Please note that it is necessary to calculate the time in advance.

When you arrive at Mukgye, you can walk for about 20 minutes, but it was nice to walk because the scenery was good. I was hungry on the way, so I looked for a restaurant, but even though it opens around 1:00, there are many restaurants that are open but not open. I remember that I just found one when it opened and ate Sanchae Bibimbap and kept moving.

However, when you arrive at Samseonggung, you don't have to worry because there is a small mart inside and a place that sells green onion. Samseonggung is wider than expected, so there are many people who do not turn all the way around, but I recommend that you go all the way. The higher you go, the prettier you will feel.
