Have you ever heard the song "You to me, you to me" among Korean songs? And do you know where the song "The More You Love" came from? Both of these songs are from "Classic," a representative Korean romance movie. The movie was released on January 30, 2003 and was very popular at the time, and even today, you can still feel that it is a touching romance song.

"Classic" is a romance movie that not only has an excellent OST song, but also a romantic love story based on Korea's unique period background. If you enjoy this movie to your heart's content, I think you'll be able to feel for yourself what Korean-style romance is like.

The movie "Classic" may not be of interest to viewers in today's world, which is already 20 years old, but it's too bad that such a great movie just disappears.

A brief introduction to the movie "Classic"

The movie "Classic" is a Korean romance movie released in 2003. Directed by Kwak Jae-yong and starring Son Ye-jin, Cho Seung-woo, and Jo In-seong.

The film tells the parallel love story of a mother and daughter, with the mother's story taking place in the 1960s and the daughter's story taking place in the present. Oh Jun-ha, the mother's first love, and Oh Sang-min, the daughter's first love, are friends, and Jun-ha and Sang-min are father and son.

Many critics say that the film shows touching scenes of coincidence and inevitability, sacrifice and forgiveness, and love and parting.

Also, as the OST for the movie, "The More I Love You" composed by Yoo Young-seok and "To You, To Me You" sung by a bicycle riding scene, gained great popularity.

Impressive scene from the movie "The Classic"

The most impressive scenes in the movie may differ from person to person, but I can pick two scenes.

The first is the scene where Jun-ha and Joo-hee first met and played together by the river. They like each other and naturally hold hands and kiss. At that moment, the beautiful scenery and music made me feel as if time had stopped.

The second is the scene where Joo-hee scatters his ashes in the river after Jun-ha is killed in the war. She is crying because of Joon-ha's death and misses him. And we see Joon-ha's son, Sang-min, riding a bicycle to see her daughter, Ji-hye. This scene was a touching scene where sadness and hope coexisted.

I think Junha and Joohee's love was so pure and beautiful. They were each other's first love, and they shared deep feelings even though they only communicated through letters. Despite conflicts with friends, family, and society, they protect and trust each other. Their love ends tragically, but seeing their children reunited and loving, I personally sympathized with the movie and was very happy. Their love will be remembered forever.

I recommend watching the movie "The Classic".

The movie expresses the beauty and sadness of love well, and the acting and visual beauty of the actors are great. You can relate to the movie while watching it, and the movie's OST also has melodies and lyrics that catch your ears. I think it's a work that makes you think about love again after watching the movie.
