A boy sees a girl by the creek, an introvert who can't speak properly. One day, a girl throws a stone at a boy to show her interest, and the boy treasures it. However, the boy who kept avoiding the girl goes to the mountain together at the girl's suggestion. As they climb through rice fields and up to the ridge, a girl and a boy grow closer in the countryside on a peaceful autumn day. A boy and a girl who suddenly encounter a shower while descending the mountain try to escape from the rain in a hut and a sheaf of sorghum. After the rain stops, the ditch blows on the way back, so the boy carries the girl across, and the two become closer. After seeing the girl for a while, the boy meets the girl again and is ashamed to see the stain on the girl's clothes. And the girl is told that she has been ill and that she will be moving soon. The boy struggles to meet the girl one last time, and the girl's parents tell her that the night before she decided to move, the girl died and left a message asking her to bury her in the same clothes with memories of the boy. 3. Characteristics of shower novels

It is a work that lyrically expresses the pure love between a girl from Seoul and a boy from the countryside, and it expresses the love that ended as short as a shower. It is also a work that indirectly reveals the psychology of the characters mainly through actions and symbols. There is no apparent conflict between the characters.

The places where events occur in the work are important. You can write them in order like this;

By the creek: the place where the girl throws a stone at the girl and the first interest begins,

Mountain: A place where a boy and a girl ran through the mountain, the boy made a flower bundle for the girl, and the boy treated the girl when she was injured.

Personally, when my professor asked me to read this work, after reading it, I was so sad, and I realized that I could lose someone I love before I close my eyes, and no matter how young a girl or boy is, they can fall in love, and the sincerity of love between a boy and a girl.
