Guys, have you ever felt like living in Korea, especially in Seoul, where life flows too fast and you are having hectic days?

When you feel that way, what do you all do to empty your mind and find peace of mind? I watch a lot of calm healing dramas or movies at home. When you watch a healing movie, you can feel that each person has different values, different standards for success, and that there is no right answer in life. So today, I introduce my favorite healing dramas and movies.

Korean Healing Movie: 'Little Forest'

Although it was released in 2018 as a remake of the Japanese film of the same name, it is still one of the most popular films. The film tells the story of Hye-won, who returns to her hometown tired of city life, meets her childhood friends Jae-ha and Eun-suk, and heals her past memories and wounds through homemade food in the nature of the four seasons. I think that the appearance of actors Kim Tae-ri and Ryu Jun-yeol, who usually have innocent and healthy images, made the movie a little more realistic. Watching this movie makes me think once that I must do the same thing as everyone else, and that I don't have to live fiercely, I just have to find a life pattern that suits me and be satisfied with that life and live happily. Also, the running time of the movie is not long, so it is good to watch it comfortably without getting bored.

Currently, most of Korea's OTT contracts have expired, so you can purchase and watch them individually.

Korean Healing Drama: 'Park Ha-kyung's Travels'

It consists of a travel diary for just one day, when high school Korean teacher Park Ha-kyung wants to get rid of it. It's good to watch lightly because each episode has different content, such as going to an unfamiliar space to get rid of the fatigue accumulated after working for 5 days and doing what you want to do, meeting an acquaintance you haven't seen for a long time, or making a new relationship. While watching this drama, I thought that it is important to find a way to recharge that suits you when you want to escape from reality even for a moment.

It is actress Lee Na-young's first comeback in four years, and it is more fun to watch because special actors appear in each episode. 'Park Ha-kyung's travelogue' is an 8-episode web drama that is still being released on wavve. Since it is a web drama, the running time is not long. (Since it is a wave original work, you can only watch it on wave, and if you sign up for wave, you can use it for 100 won for the first month.)

Korean healing drama: 'I don't want to do anything'

It is a 12-episode drama based on the webtoon of the same name. It is the story of Summer, who leaves the complicated city life to do nothing because she wants to escape from her repetitive daily life and visits an unfamiliar place. In the middle, it tells about the villagers and the events that happened in the village, but it is a drama that feels the warmth of summer in general.

It is a work produced by the channel ENA, so you can watch it right away on Netflix and TVing in Korea.
