Gwakji Beach

Address: Gwakji-ri, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-si

Prehistoric shell mounds were also found here, where basalt-type shell sand layers were deposited, and there are still many clams and other clams inhabiting it. You can enjoy the time to catch shellfish while playing in the water. Also, the water is exceptionally clear, and it is also a place where you can ride a jet ski!. If you look around the nearby Wolmyeongsa Temple along with the beach or drive along the coastal road from Handam Rest Area to Hallimgyo Bridge, you can see basalt sculptures and exquisite volcanic cliffs!. Various amenities are provided without any inconvenience, and you can even camp in the pine forest!.

Hyeopjae Beach

Address : 2497-1 Hyeopjae-ri, Hallim-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-si

Located on the west coast of Hallim-eup, there is silver sand mixed with many shells. The beach is shallow and has a gentle slope, making it a suitable beach for beginners. Various facilities are provided, a lot of seafood such as abalone and conch are caught, and there are pine forests and grass around, so it is good for camping. Hyeopjae Beach is also one of the tourist attractions in Jeju Island and is visited by many tourists. The color of the sea is pretty, and Biyang on the seaside looks good, making it a great photo spot!

Geumneung Beach

Address: Geumneung-ri, Hallim-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-si

It is a beach close to Hyeopjae Beach. It has similar scenery to neighboring beaches, from the sea that looks like blue paint to the cute Biyangdo Island and the soft sandy beach, but its charm is that it is less crowded and more relaxed. It's a very nice place with the transparent water where the bottom is clearly visible, the shallow water where the seawater splashes, and the hot water shower you can enjoy warmly after playing in the water.

Sinchang Windmill Coast Beach

Address : 1290-3 Sinchang-ri, Hangyeong-myeon, Jeju-si, Jeju-si

It is right next to Hyeopjae and Geumneung Beach, but the coastal road is more famous than the beach. This is the coast in Shinchang-ri, at the western end of Jeju Island. Six tall windmills are built along the coast. The scenery is really nice!. If you go to Hyeopjae, Geumneung and Hyeopjae Beach, go to Sinchang Windmill Coast. I strongly recommend it!. It's a good place to drive or just walk. It's really pretty especially at sunset in the evening! It looks like a scene from a romantic drama!.

Hamo Beach

Address: Hamori, Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do

The sand is fine, the water is shallow, and the expansive grassy area behind the shore is great for a picnic. Since it is an unknown place, you can enjoy playing in the water quietly, but there are no amenities around except for the campsite, parking lot, toilet, changing room, shower room, and drinking fountain. There are Moseulpo, Marado, Gapado, Songaksan, and Suwolbong nearby, so the surrounding scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy sea fishing!

Sagye Coast Beach

Address: Sagye-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju-do

Sagye Beach is the southernmost beach in Korea in terms of latitude. Although it was not popular in the past, Sagye Beach, where clean sea water, Hyeongjae Island, and the characteristic Hwasun-ri sedimentary layer and various plants growing wild on it harmonize, is included in Jeju Olle Trail Course 10, and the number of visitors is increasing.
