Opened 'Samsung Gangnam', a playground for the MZ generation

Samsung Electronics opened 'Samsung Gangnam', an experience space for the MZ generation and a new concept experiential flagship store on June 29th.


Location: Central commercial district of Gangnam-daero, Seoul (411 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul)

Scale: A total of 6 floors, from 1 basement floor to 5 floors above ground, approximately 2,000㎡

'Samsung Gangnam' is defined as a playground for the MZ generation, and is operated as a representative brand community space to showcase differentiated experiences and share Samsung Electronics' innovation stories with customers.

'Samsung Gangnam' provides 'In-Store Mode', an integrated online/offline experience solution, allowing visitors to check various information and participate in events through their smartphones.

1st Floor: In Store Mode "In-Store Mode" Visitors scan the QR code on the signage in the store to check various information such as floor guides and events they can participate in through their smartphones.


2nd floor: There is a 'Retail Docent' booth where you can experience Samsung Electronics products. You can select the desired Samsung Electronics product and listen to product descriptions through videos, and compare the specifications of products that are not on display.

3rd floor: 'Bespoke Home Meta' booth, where you can experience Samsung Electronics' TVs and home appliances virtually, and 'Center Coffee', a famous coffee shop, are located. If you take a picture with the Galaxy smartphone provided in the store, you can enjoy the latte art 'Galaxy Einstephener', which appears as milk foam on the coffee.


4th floor: Installation of 'The Wall', a super-large display, used as a brand collaboration space.

Anyone can freely visit 'Samsung Gangnam' from the 30th of this month, and reservations for experience and educational programs can be made through the Samsung.com website dedicated to 'Samsung Gangnam'. A purchase event will be held to commemorate the opening, and various limited editions will be sold.


Samsung Electronics announced that it will deliver new innovative values ​​in a variety of ways through 'Samsung Gangnam', lead future experience trends, and develop into a playground for customers.
