In the case of summer, I want to drink something cool, but the juice is delicious, and there are many new summer menus!. I ordered rice flour latte a while ago and it was so delicious! I wrote this article because I wanted to introduce you to the healthy and delicious Korean beverage Misutgaru.

What is Rice Flour?

Misu, Misutgaru, or Seonsik is a traditional Korean preserved food made by drying and grinding grain into a fine powder. Get on and drink!. Drying was a storage method that came down from ancient times, and even if you don't have to separate the East and the West, records show that Greeks and Romans mixed barley flour and wheat flour and drank or boiled them in water while traveling!

Rice flour is characterized by its savory taste and tastes like grains. However, if you mix grain powder with water and eat it, it will be mild. In the past, of course, the only way to eat rice flour was to mix it with water, but in modern times when milk is widely available, the method of drinking rice flour mixed with milk is widely used. The taste is much more savory than if you just put it in water, so it's delicious, and in terms of nutrition, it's enough for a simple meal haha. It's okay to mix it with soy milk and drink it!.

A little bit of honey will make it sweeter. However, if you add too little honey, it will turn sour, and if you add too much, the heat will increase and it will become too sweet, so be careful. If you add sugar casually, there is no sour taste, and it is said that the texture is improved because the sugar is crunchy in the lumps of rice flour that are less melted! Other than that, I put it in red bean shaved ice and eat it, and I also add it to other foods such as steamed potatoes!
