In the movie 'Wani and Junha', the scene where Wani drives by with his father was filmed on the metasequoia tree-lined road that runs from Sunchang to Damyang. When you walk this road, you can feel the exotic scenery, and it is even more beautiful in fall. This road won the grand prize at the '2002 Beautiful Street Forest' and also won the grand prize at the '100 Beautiful Roads in Korea' selected by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation in 2006!

Gwanbangje is an embankment on Gwanbangcheon Stream that is 6km long from Dongja Village in Namsan-ri, Damyang-eup, through Hwanggeum-ri in Subuk-myeon to Ganggangri in Daejeon-myeon. The reason why Gwanbangje is famous is because it forms a huge forest spanning about 2km.
