Every April, the Ipop trees in Palbok-dong, Jeonju produce ‘white snow flowers.’ The Ipop Tree Flower Road that runs along the 630m railway is known as a famous photo spot for the MZ generation and a good place to take pictures. Because this tree looks like white rice, it is also called 'rice tree'.

The opening of the railway was achieved through an agreement with the Jeonbuk headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation. Jeonju City will temporarily open the railroad to the public from 26:00 PM on Fridays and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends and public holidays for three weeks from the 26th to the 12th of next month. The railroad that runs next to Palbok Art Factory is also home to a flea market and various foods. You can feel the happy moments of spring just by walking along the flower-blooming train tracks.
