Hello, international students! The 17th Busan Port Festival will be held soon and we would like to introduce it to you. This festival will be held for two days from Saturday, June 1, 2024 to Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the outdoor parking lot of Busan Port International Passenger Terminal (Dong-gu) and the Marine Police Station pier (Yeongdo-gu). This festival is full of various programs and entertainment.
At North Port, a celebratory performance will be held by emotional vocalist Kim Beom-su and Busan's representative passionate singer Cyburger. And don't miss the fireworks show that will decorate the night sky and the 1,200-unit drone art show. At Global Port Park, there are exhibitions and experience centers introducing cultural contents from Busan's sister port, Turkye, Japan, and Thailand. In addition, boat tours such as the Moon Boat, The Nut Boat, and Cinderilla Boat, where you can enjoy the refreshing ride on a variety of boats, are also available. There are many programs that you can enjoy with your family, such as drawing competitions and model boat building experiences, so be sure to participate.
Advance reservations for boat tours are required. Tickets can be purchased through YES24 from 2pm on Wednesday, May 24th. Quantities are limited and may close early, so make your reservations quickly. You can use the shuttle bus for free with your reserved ticket, so you can enjoy the festival conveniently. In Yeongdo, the Marine Mission Stamp Tour and Busan Port Tour are held.
