We are recruiting interns to support foreign crew management at our Busan branch. Main tasks include education and training of foreign crew, boarding and disembarkation management, etc. We prefer people with good communication skills and a people-friendly personality, and give preference to Indonesian nationals with maritime-related work experience.

This internship is paid, and there is a possibility of being converted to a contract position (1 year) after the internship ends. Additionally, Dongwon Group provides onboarding support during the internship through On-the-Job Training (OJT) with a mentor. For long-distance interns, we provide housing assistance, and health insurance and industrial accident insurance are also provided.
