Laughter Delivery Letter Contest

Now that summer is approaching, there is an opportunity to convey warm hearts. Participate in the 2024 Korea Letter Writing Contest! The theme of this contest is “Letter of Laughter Delivery,” and the subtitle is “You and Me, a Spoonful of Laughter.” Tell your precious story to the world in a letter.

Special (Foreigner) Category

There is a special section for foreigners, so foreigners who do not have Korean nationality but are residing in the Republic of Korea or are staying legally in the Republic of Korea can participate. Express in a letter the little stories and laughter you experienced while living in Korea.

Competition Schedule

• Public offering period : May 14, 2024 (Tuesday) ~ September 10, 2024 (Tuesday) (120 days)
• Announcement of winners : Friday, October 11, 2024
• Contest website and individual information on winners
• Awards Ceremony : Scheduled for the last week of November 2024
• Individual guidance to award winners

The schedule may change depending on the progress of the contest.

How to apply

1. Participation registration : Complete the online participation application on the letter writing contest website (www.lettercontest.kr).
2. Submit a handwritten letter by mail : After registering for online participation, write the application number in the upper right corner of the front of the letter and send a handwritten letter by mail.

• If it is difficult to register online, you can fill out the participation application form and send it along with the letter.
