Today, I'm going to introduce my review of the Seoul Rose Festival in Jungnang that I visited. You can see so many beautiful roses in the middle of Seoul! If you like roses, you should definitely go there~

1️⃣ What is the Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival?

The representative spring festival of Jungnang-gu, Seoul, which comes without fail every May, is the Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival! In fact, this festival has been famous as a hot spring outing course since long ago, but I went there for the first time this year and I understood why people are so excited. It was truly healing in itself to be able to see such a large and beautiful rose garden in the middle of the city.

2️⃣ Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival Venue

The Jungnang Seoul Rose Festival is held around the Jungnangcheon Rose Tunnel area. Specifically, various rose paths are spread out over a 5km section from the entrance of Mukdongcheon to Junghwa Station and Sangbong Station. Roses are in bloom on both sides of the walking path along Jungnangcheon, making it feel like walking through a rose garden! You can easily access it by getting off at Jungnang Station, Sangbong Station, or Junghwa Station by subway~

And it’s not just about seeing roses. During the festival, there are many things to see and enjoy, such as flea markets, experience booths, busking performances, and musical gala shows! Of course, it’s great during the day, but the rose road at night has a different charm. After the sun sets, a night rose garden with lights comes on. It’s also recommended for couples to go on a night date! If you take a picture, it’ll be a really great shot~

This festival is held every May, so even if you couldn't go this year, I hope you go next year! I highly recommend it to those who want to take a break from their busy daily lives in the city!
