The weather is nice these days, and the exams are almost over, so many of you must be looking forward to going out somewhere. Today, I will introduce you to three of the most popular pop-up stores in Seoul that are great for Korean students studying abroad to visit on the weekends.
The first place I'll introduce is Metamong Garden. It's a space themed around the cute character 'Metamong' from Pokemon. The garden filled with purple flowers and Metamong sculptures looks like a scene from a fairy tale. It's located at 33 Yeouidaebang-ro 20-gil, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, inside Boramae Park. The opening hours are from 12:00 to 19:00 every day. There's no separate admission fee, so you can visit as if you were taking a walk.
The second is Bbang Bbang’s Tarot House. It is located in the Shinsegae Department Store in Gangnam, and will be open until June 15th. It is a space themed around tarot cards and magic, and the main character is the cute character ‘Bbong Bbong’. It would be great to go with friends, have fun reading tarot, and look at the commemorative goods~
The last place to introduce is the Louis Vuitton X Murakami Takashi Cherry Pop-up. It is an exhibition space in which the world-renowned artist Murakami Takashi and Louis Vuitton collaborate, and it is being held at the Louis Vuitton store near Dosan Park in Gangnam! There is no admission fee, but there may be a waiting line, so I recommend visiting with plenty of time. I think it will be a special exhibition experience for those interested in art~
