hello everyone!
As soon as the semester starts, all Korean universities are holding festivals. My school, Chung-Ang University, is also holding a fall cultural festival. Let's take a look together!
During the festival, the campus is bustling with energy day and night, with the Liberation Square, parking lot, and street booths serving as focal points. It's a great place to stroll with friends and take photos. And the merchandise booths are incredibly diverse! There are booths selling festival merchandise, and there are also freebies. There were lots of cute stickers, photo cards, and cards with thoughtful designs. I received a ton of them, haha.
And the first thing that catches your eye at this festival are the food trucks and street food booths. Churros, black pork rice bowls, yakisoba, snacks, Mexican tacos, chicken skewers, and various drinks are sold in the wide plaza area near Haebang Square and in front of the parking lot. It's fun to decide what to eat, and many say the prices are reasonable enough for students to enjoy.
One of the most anticipated aspects of the festival is the lineup of artist performances. This year, 10CM is a popular performer on the main stage, and talented musicians like Ha Hyun-sang will also perform. The Chung-Ang University Fall Festival was a bit smaller than the summer festival, which was a bit disappointing, but it was still a really enjoyable time amidst the tiring school life. I'm especially excited for the upcoming 10CM concert.
Are you enjoying your school's fall festivals, international students? Korean university festivals are must-sees for international students! Enjoy them to the fullest in Korea!
Have a nice day~
