Hello everyone
I went to eat bossam with my friends a while ago. It was my first time eating bossam, so it was a new experience. Have you ever tried bossam and jajangmyeon? Today, I will introduce you to Korean food jajangmyeon and bossam~
Bossam is a dish where you eat soft boiled pork wrapped in lettuce and spicy kimchi. It tastes even better when you eat it with garlic, chili peppers, and shrimp paste. And there are many small side dishes that come with it. Side dishes are an important component of Korean meals. Foods like bean sprout salad, braised tofu, and steamed eggs come with it, and I personally thought the steamed eggs were really delicious!
The large plate on the right is called jaengban noodles! Jaengban noodles are a type of bibim noodles that are served on a large plate and mixed with various vegetables and buckwheat noodles in a spicy-sweet sauce! It contains various vegetables such as carrots, cabbage, lettuce, and perilla leaves. It is usually topped with peanuts, sesame salt, boiled eggs, and sliced vegetables, and has a cool and refreshing taste! Jaengban noodles are really delicious when eaten with bossam or pig's feet~
And Koreans enjoy eating meat or noodles wrapped in ssam vegetables. Ssam is a unique Korean food culture where meat, rice, or side dishes are wrapped in vegetables such as lettuce or perilla leaves. For example, a typical way is to put bossam on lettuce, add garlic, pepper, ssamjang kimchi, etc., and eat it in one bite. People can enjoy combining various ingredients to suit their tastes~
Today, I introduced Bossam and Jajangmyeon. If you have the chance, I recommend you try them yourself and experience the charm of Korean food.
have a good day!
