Using community or SNS
You can use internet communities and social media to find a room for rent. Each university and region may have groups or pages that share monthly room rental information that you can use to find a room.
In my personal experience, it's good to actively use Peter Pan's search to find good rooms and community rooms that communicate on the school's website. I like the fact that if I find a nice Peter Pan room, I contract directly with the owner, so there is no real estate fee. However, there are some risks involved in not going through a real estate agent.
The method of using the school homepage is also really good, because there are many cases where the students of the school live, so you can trust it to some extent. Most of them are graduate students or students on leave.
Things to consider when looking for a room to rent
There may be additional costs involved in finding a monthly rental, such as brokerage fees and deposits, so you should check carefully before making a decision. The process of checking the condition of the room with your own eyes, not only in one place, is tiring, but it does not cause problems later.
