To prepare for the coming future, Busan desperately needs creative and innovative ideas from the younger generation. This contest is being held to discover policy ideas for balanced development in Busan, and the leading role of the future generation is important in making Busan a city where people want to stay.

1. Eligibility - Young people living in Busan or working in Busan who are between 18 and 39 years old (born between 1984.01.01. and 2006.12.31.)
2. Recruitment Period - Monday, August 26, 2024 - Friday, September 20, 2024

Contest Fields

• Regional development idea : Targeting the Busan area where you currently reside or a specific area, we suggest customized development ideas that utilize the unique characteristics and potential of the area.

Award details

• Total 103 people (teams) , total prize money 3 million won
• Target : 1 case, Busan Metropolitan City Mayor Award and local gift certificate worth 1 million won
• Excellence Award : 2 cases, Busan Metropolitan City Mayor Award and local gift certificate worth 500,000 won each
• Participation Prize : 100 cases, 10,000 won coffee voucher

Evaluation and announcement of results

• First review (internal review): Until September 27, 2024
• Second review (expert review): Until October 11, 2024
• Results announced : mid-October
• Awards Ceremony : Mid-November (only winners can be announced)
